When you fill in a contact form, the data is sent to the board. When filling in the enrolment form, your data is also send to the Conscribo accounting system.

Who we share your data with

The data that is necessary to apply for a membership of N.S.P.V. Lasya will be shared with the current board. The Radboud Sports Centre is able to check if members of N.S.P.V. Lasya have a valid Radboud Sportscard. The board of N.S.P.V. Lasya is qualified to give the Radboud Sport Centre the information that is necessary to verify both memberships.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your email address and is needed for the newsletter and general information. Your telephone number is needed in order to contact you if necessary. Your student number is needed in order to verify if you are a student. Your address and bank account is needed for the automatic debit. Your date of birth is required for activities which includes alcohol.

Personal data of members is safely secured within the accounting system of Conscribo. Conscribo is responsible for securing the data. More information can be found on their website. Old member data which needs to be saved for administration purposes, is secured on an external disk.

When there is a data breach, N.S.P.V. Lasya will immediately inform the affected members. Lasya is not responsible for any data breach caused by flaws in software of services N.S.P.V. Lasya uses.
