Summer Schedule

During the summer we offer free training sessions on:

Monday:
19:15-20:20
20:30-21:30

Friday:
19:15-20:20
20:30-21:30

There are seven spots per session. Registration via the Spond app.

We keep the general COVID-19 guidelines from the RIVM.

Monday training:

20.15 – 21.00: Beginners
21.05 – 21.50: Beginners
21.55 – 22:55: Free training

Thursday training:

21.15 – 22.00: Intermediate
22.05 – 22.50: Intermediate

Friday training:

19.15 – 20.15: Advanced
20:20 – 22:00: Free training
