Training Schedule

In order to participate in training sessions, please sign up via the Spond app. In order to be added to the Spond group, send us an email.

Monday training:

20.00 – 21.00: Beginner
21.00 – 23.00 Free Practice

Thursday training:

21.00 – 22.30: Intermediate
No free practice

Friday training:

19.00 – 20.30: Intermediate+
20.30 – 22.00: Free training or Advanced

Sunday:

18.00 – 19.30: Theme lessons (on October 2 and 16, and November 6 and 20)
19.30 – 21.00: Competition training (all levels)
