Training Schedule
In order to participate in training sessions, please sign up via the Spond app. In order to be added to the Spond group, send us an email.
Monday training:
20.00 – 21.00: beginner
21.00 – 22.00: beginner
22.00 – 23.00 Free Practice
Thursday training:
21.00 – 22.30: Intermediate
22:30 – 23:00 Free training
Friday training:
19.00 – 20.30: Intermediate+
20.30 – 22.00: Free training or Advanced
Sunday:
18.00 – 19.30: Theme lessons (sporadically)
19.30 – 21.00: Competition training (all levels)
