Training Schedule

In order to participate in training sessions, please sign up via the Spond app. In order to be added to the Spond group, send us an email.

Monday training:

20.15 – 21.00: Beginners
21.05 – 21.50: Beginners+
21.55 – 22:55: Free training

Thursday training:

21.15 – 22.00: Intermediate
22.05 – 22.50: Free training

Friday training:

19.15 – 20.15: Intermediate/Advanced
20:20 – 22:00: Free training

Competition training:

19.30 – 21.00: Competition training (all levels)
